The company was informed that my father had passed away by family and solictors but still they send letters in his name and try to pay his pension. This is an insult to him and family he left behind.

Hard to log in. Company uses risky log in procedure where you have to pick certain letters from a long password and then a pin, requiring both to be written down if you expect to get them right
The company does not know how a LPA works and has refused my fathers (which is not legal) saying that it can not be used, just sold his property with it. The company needs to update/train the staff
I’m new to this company, had to give them a call the other day and was very happy with my experience with them.
Worst provider I’ve come across,wish I’d transferred out when I had the chance, constantly phoning (at least it’s a freephone number) emails not answered etc, promise to do a call back etc,etc.
