I cannot thank all the A&E and AAU staff today for their absolute kindness and compassion when my mum had the misfortune of having to be there today. To you all it’s just another patient, but to me it’s my mum, my rock, my best friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all are amazing!

Wonderful staff and unfailingly great across all the units we’ve dealt with. You get the impression the staff are proud of the service they offer and really enjoy working with each other. All the more impressive given the recent strikes and shortages.

There are bodies lying on the floor in a&e due to no beds, patients in agony in a&e yet not even the basic level of care provided. It’s the 18th April 2023, 20.25pm. What is going in there?

This hospital deserves, in my opinion, a lot of praise. My wife and I have had much cause to use their service over the last few years and they could not have treated us better.

The staff here couldn’t of been better, all so nice and comforting about my situation, I had to have anesthetiser for the first time and they made me feel extremely at ease, couldn’t be more impressed, absolute legends

Took a baby with almost 40 degree fever and stayed 9 hours not to be seen. With the scarlet fever crisis, I thought they would at least make sure that another child life is not at risk. The good news is that 2 nurses were there spending a lot of time behind the desk chatting.

My daughter regularly visits orthodontist there. We never waited for our appointment more then few minutes. Doctors and assistants are so nice! Thank you for your hard work

Lialic ward, members of staff very rude. Totally shocked to the way I was spoken to and my father and how my sister in-law was treated. What can you say about this hospital, other than the fact that it gives an excellent level of care? I recently had a small surgical procedure carried out and I could not have asked for more. Staff were excellent, friendly and polite. Brilliant.

Excellent service and facilities for children requiring emergency or regular hospital visits. Waiting times are between 1-2 hours in A&E. Always plenty of staff. For adults excellent A&E and physio. Physio fixed decades long knee problems in just a few months. Costa on site too and parking reasonable.

Our son had grommets fitted here this morning we were in the Holly ward. Wow the staff were amazing the hospital is amazing extremely clean and does not have that hospital smell. Thank you so much the grommets have made such an amazing difference.
