If I could score a zero I would. I hold for over a hour each time then it cuts you off. Or you get through and without speaking they put the phone down. I have been trying to speak with someone for 3 weeks! Absolute shambles

Incompetence off the scale, error made by HMRC resulted in my wife paying thousands of pounds in tax she didn’t owe. Have wasted hours of my life trying to get this resolved by ringing their helpline. Put us in a precarious financial position this year and they couldnt care less, about time they were accountable for their actions.

Very rude and unprofessional talking all over you on the phone. Can’t get a word in. Also don’t seem to be on your side as had to spend alot of time explaining an injury that happened to me at work and how my employer won’t give me sick pay. Eventually they sent me the forms i needed.

Very bad customer service. Im very generous in giving 1 star. Waiting 1 hour on hold then they just cut me off in 3 occasions in one day. I can’t believe this is HMRC England. Worst service ever in the world. Just wanted to get people’s money, never bothered to help.

This is an absolute joke been waiting 45 mins still not through to anyone I used to work in customer service for Amazon and even at our busiest times no one would wait more then 20 mins because we had the workforce I bet there’s 1 poor person on the line while the rest of them are chilling in the break room.

The worse customer service you could ask for. You get out on hold for over 1hr to then have them put the phone down on you! Disgusting behaviour from them and the company.
