Just had a letter from a company they have sold my debt too. Problem is I have already Partially settled the debt in an agreement that they wouldn’t pursue me for the remainder this was PS in June 2019. …

Have tried calling this company umpteen times now as it appears my debt has been bought by them. Every time (given their office hours are supposed 8am-8pm, the message tells me to call back as I’m calling after they are closed – each time I’ve called has been during those working hours. Appalling.

Contacted me repeatedly (and I mean repeatedly!) for a debt I don’t owe, even after a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. They admit it’s a case of mistaken identity but they will not stop. These people are scammers – I recommend ignoring any letters you receive from them and contacting the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
