Clear and very informative website re. the various policies on offer. Policy prices seem very reasonable. I struggled a little to complete the health advisory notes as the instructions are perhaps not as clear as they might be, but overall, an excellent service.

The call centre operative was difficult to understand at times. I declared health issues on previous occasions and found it time consuming to go through all the same questions when i could have been asked to say if anthing had changed.

Have used Holiday Safe Travel many times in the past and have found their pricing for a, now over 80 year old who has had a few medical problems in the past, very competitive.

We have taken out our annual holiday insurance with “holiday safe” a number of time and always found them to be very competitive on price.

The online medical questions were clear and relevant which resulted in quotations that were acceptable. The annual policy clearly defined the countries covered.

i would say it is advisable to telephone customer services particularly to go through the pre-existing health questions. The team are really knowledgeable and helpful. It ensures that full cover is given. I prefer it to the “algorithm” of an online quote. I would certainly recommend Holidaysafe to friends and family.

Whilst the medical section was very thorough it was easy to fill in and the details ensures a fair price is offered. This company provided the cheapest quote out of ten other probably well known companies. Two email enquires were answered virtually immediately. So far, so impressed!

Excellent company. I have used them for several years and had to claim on two occasions, once for medicine and once for cancellation. Both times they dealt with my claim swiftly and efficiently and with no quibble. When you phone them they are helpful and friendly. Very fair and reasonable.

Used Holidaysafe before Covid, now they are back providing policies I have found their cover competively priced and I have signed up for a 1 year multi holiday policy for Europe. I had to complete the online application twice and I was frustrated my original application wasn’t saved when I tried to finalise and buy my policy.

Unfortunately I was unable to travel as I took a stomach bug on the morning I was due to leave. I tried phoning Holidaysafe a couple of days later but no reply. On checking policy it appears I need medical evidence to claim. As a bug is not really something you would see the doctor about I did not proceed.

Easy to obtain a quote and to book at a reasonable cost.

I had a couple of problems as I accidentally booked twice and it was complicated as I booked in my partner’s name and he was out of the country. The customer service was excellent really helpful and efficient. The price of our policy was brilliant considering the level of cover offered. I will definitely use Holidaysafe again.
