Write a ReviewA & E was good and well under 2 hours, although it was midday on a Tuesday. Staff all helpful and of course very professional. …
Was very poorly, staff in A&E awesome. The staff in the Rowan ward really looked after me – I was very scared and the ambulance guys were so lovely taking me to the JR (where I had the best of care possible.) Cannot rate all of them highly enough. Proud of the NHS and very thankful. X
I found the staff really helpful. When was and given a scan, I was given strong pain tablet’s. Given the choice of been admitted or sent home with medication I opted for going home. With another appointment. Positive, good treatment. Thank you.
It was the first time we had to visit a hospital with our daughter in England and we’re very happy. The doctor in the children’s ward made it a positive experience for our daughter and we’re relieved now. Many thanks!
Arrived with severe sciatic pain and had to park 200 yards from reception. Limped slowly across the road and eventually to reception. After a bit of a wait they advised me i needed to walk around the corridors to the A&E entrance. The …
Professional, caring and efficient A&E team, they were extremely helpful, I had a impingement and really struggled, none of my GPs willing to see me but I was looked after by A&E team in horton hospital really well, thank you.
Mayflower Suite (Cardiology).
Quick with appointments, Consultants ridiculously slow at follow-up communications with patients GP’s. Could do much better.
It says on the website to go to car park 1 or 2 to get to the Mayflower Suite, got there but car parks are not numbered. I ended up parking miles away from where I was supposed to be, being disabled it was very difficult to get there.
I would like to say a very big thank you to all the f ward staff and doctors I was unfortunately there for 13 days with a hip broken hip and shoulder bone alone with cancer they treated me very well also the ambulance people and a&e were very good to me many thanks

Excellent care at A&E today: seen promptly by caring, rigorous and professional staff. I would give them a million stars, if that were possible: the NHS at its best!
Got seen quickly and helped really well. The staff are very professional and kind. I felt very looked after.
A bit of a lengthy wait at A&E but once seen by the doctor, it was fairly quick. All staff were professional and friendly.

My mother had a bad turn. I stayed at the hospital with her overnight. The staff could not have been more professional, pleasant, informative or helpful. Top marks from us. Thank you
had an endoscopy there and from the nice lady that checked me in , the doctor who was super professional and aware of my situation to the nurses inside the treatment room who were understanding and comforting, they managed to make a very uncomfortable procedure into a breaze.
I had to go to the Horton A&E on Thursday as an emergency with a back
problem. I have to say I was not expecting much as I have only ever been
to large teaching Hospitals before, both as a patient and a Nurse. …

I would let it be known that all the people who put down our NHS should be in real need and then they may appreciate the skills and commitment of the staff. This is more than money can buy its very special. …
I had a really positive experience at the Horton. I went to the radiology department on a drop in basis and was in and out in half an hour. Parking was straight forward despite the car parks being quite full. Everything is well signposted and staff were friendly and efficient.
Interesting hospital ,old school style ,parking shocking,if possible taxi or bus.
Would of left no stars if possible.
Arrival at hospital and no one on reception to check our COVID Flo test as …
Appalling. 7 hours sitting in the waiting room before we got seen by anyone. Another hour for x-rays, then another 2 for the results. I know the NHS work very hard and are stretched but it was ridiculous today.
Rowan Ambulatory Unit, Horton General Hospital sent here by my GP Went here for bloods and chest xrays nurse and doctors were very good to me i was very ill, so thankful of them way better than my local gp so grateful i didnt have a blood clot and it was only a chest infection
Came into A&E to get heart checked after collapsing, 4 days after being forced to get covid jab ( which I did not need due to recovering naturally from it!! ) still need tests to fully get an answer but these Dr’s took a great stress off me.. still on-going

We rececently spent 5 days here with our poorly 4 month old boy, being looked after the amazing team in the children’s ward. We genuinely wouldn’t have coped if it hadn’t been for nurses like Mae & Alex. Thanks again & keep up the good work.

The staff at The Horton’s Day Case Unit were remarkably efficient and caring. They made the stressful experience of an unexpected surgery much more bearable. I especially appreciate the personable, clear explanations of my anaesthetist (anaesthesiologist?) Elise Richards. Thank you for your genuine care and concern!
I just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy a week ago and would like to thank my Midwife Janine Beck for all her support and advise during pregnancy and postpartum
Quick and efficient staff. Can’t fault them in any way.
Worst place took my daughter to hospital through the ambulance had a temp of 39 degrees only to wait 5 hours and be told must give nurofen instead of just being told on arrival. She had no bed and combined two chairs for her to sleep on. …

I have nothing but good experiences of my visits. The staff are so helpful, friendly and well informed.
Absolutely shocking! My friend informed me her son (under 1 year) was taken into a&e following a high temperature! Had a few ‘red flags’ and yet next to nothing was done and recomended guidelines not followed. Not impressed.
The hospital nigel farage king of europe got treated at after his plane crash. Honestly the main reason i go here. 4/5 would get fixed again
OMG what arrogant and rude staff, hillbillies are more civilized and may I say more attractive too. I viewed in shock as the staff laughed at a patient that was in distress, when the patient demanded help they became nasty. pfttt
Excellent service today in outpatients department at the Horton today as unable to get appointment at the Churchill. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Worth the extra distance.

I’ve been here since thursday… 1st time I’d been here so knew nothing of what would happen… I’ve had the best care from the loveliest staff…if i needed anything i only had to ask… would even make me a coffee at 3am… and didnt get …
Puts virtually every other NHS Hospital to shame – plenty of parking (inc free disabled), pleasant staff who actually seem to want to help you and an A&E department that should be the benchmark for all such facilities – SMH and MK should be embarrassed by their failure to deliver service such as this – well done indeed to all concerned.
Fantastic staff who work their butts off and remain polite and focused. Thumbs up to the patience and resilience through their hard times. Thank you for the care.
After my son broke his arm on xmas day, all staff went above and beyond and even had staff come in from home to operate that day! Highly recommend.

GENRAL HORNIA Staff. Thank you very much guys.
Syed.
I was born in 1970 at Horton maternity and had a miscarriage in may 2014 the whole experience was distressing but the nurses and care I received had been outstanding and very clean room I had thankyou
There is one receptionist in A&E who has shoulder length brown hair and is most unhelpful.
Think it disgraceful that members of your staff are aloud carry on with married men that come to this country just for visa one of your administration didn’t even have the morals to sit down and sort this mess out with the wife.
Very carefully and friendly staff thanks for everything after my operation am feeling very well thanks for that.God bless all of you. Thanks
