The telephone operator(old male) is very very very rude and arrogant!!! He did not give me a chance to speak at all. As soon as I wanted to speak, he interrupted me. I waited over 2 hours to get answered but there was no way for me to describe my symptoms. Hope he would receive training.

A very caring hospital, interpreter availability is a bit weak. The most caring nurse of the hospital “PRIMROSE MAGLA” is always smiling, I think she is an angel. Thank you.
Rude staff that don’t seem bothered. Told wife to come in urgently. Then having to wait almost 4 hours to be seen. People coming after us have came and went and we are still waiting. Must be their policy to make people wait to seem like their busy or “understaffed” so they can force more budget.
