Flickering light in toilets is very bad for epileptics. The main entrance is a building site. People smoking right outside the main entrance, this should be outlawed and enforced. Nowhere inside the hospital to buy a newspaper, a magazine or a new book.

They are rude, arguably incompetent and frankly come across as unwilling to do their jobs. I was appalled by their behaviour.
