Really hard to find your way inside, poor signage and no helping staff around. My letter said 3rd floor for x-ray, got there, was told by x-ray reception there was no x-ray on that floor, had to go to 1st floor. Arrived there, no-one to …

Flickering light in toilets is very bad for epileptics. The main entrance is a building site. People smoking right outside the main entrance, this should be outlawed and enforced. Nowhere inside the hospital to buy a newspaper, a magazine or a new book.

I love the NHS but St Mary’s is run for people who want to work in the NHS. Patients are made to feel invalidated.. I can only add that as a cancer patient, I’ve asked my GP to refer me to another hospital for treatment as I wouldn’t set foot in St Mary’s by choice ever again..

This one star is for the maternity ward. I rarely pick on the staff – but sadly they are the issue at this hospital.
