Now just called Fraser this is still a high end department store with prices to match. The inside displays have been rethought so it doesn’t seem as hectic now. We were there in the morning so it was fairly relaxed. It depends what you are looking for but it’s definitely just somewhere for that special purchase.

Terrible customer service in house of frazer today 10/15 minutes for assistance. And range of clothing was well below standard and was told to come back after January sales ,as already delivered clothes would not be put our until then.

Ordered on line to collect and charged £5 delivery. One of items was the wrong size and had to pay to return. They might save themselves money through such practice but have lost my custom through it.

What’s gone wrong? Just awful now. From a leading shop this place has been reduced to a run of the mill place. Beauty department falls well short of my expectations. Lack of staff and poor selection.

Went to buy some new clothes for the summer and new shoes but was Disappointed at the choice of clothing and shoe’s, I always liked shopping at House of Fraser’s but it’s went down hill I’m afraid.

Very disappointing experience. I suggest you update your opening hours. It says you are open till 6.30pm. I tried to make a purchase at Jo Malone at 5.52 and was told ‘we’ve already closed the till’ and I couldn’t buy from any other counter. Love this shop. Clothes makeup perfumes handbags shoes and lots more all under one roof. Customer Service is always excellent.

Store is huge, plenty of good brands are sold within the store, staff are always very friendly and are more than helpful. Doing online click and collect to the store is very convenient and quick. The store can be accessed via the under ground car park at Victoria Square which saves alot of time

The Charlotte Tilbury staff are awful, they gave out free samples to none paying customers. When I go to buy a new fountain a asked for a few samples of it with it in case it’s the wrong shade I’m told a blunt No!?!

Saw some heels I really loved went to the cashier to ask for the shoe, and they tell me tills are closed and there is nothing they can do.i mean, they let us in knowing this, they didn’t even tell/warn us.
