Worst customer service. Never get an online shop out of this store. 4 hours late, missing items, and they could care less. They treat you like you are in the wrong

Conveniently located store with nice variety of quality products for a reasonable price and is right next to TESCO that has one of the best working hours. Very satisfied and I’d recommend visiting the Iceland store.

Iceland is fine, but the staff at Swift behave like they’re doing you a favour to be there. Always waiting for ages to get till assistance. When you tell them you’ve waited for long, they tell you they’re busy with stacking shelves and never apologise. I just go to Tesco or Sainsbury.

Wembley is still the best Iceland store local to me by far ! Big respect to the Somali security guard for always making my day n making me smile. Keep up the good work guys ur appreciated ..

Iceland at Wembley Central is definitely the best branch locally. Its not the closest to where I live but I usually choose to shop there. The shelves are better stocked. The staff are really lovely n polite at this store. And unlike the Harlesden branch don’t have a terrible attitude n look at you like you are robbing the place.

Good new design. Staff tend to be friendly and helpful. The only issue are cages regularly blocking freezers. This place offers some products at value for money, but be aware other stores can be cheeper. The Iceland brand is good quality though.

Not all of their food is great their cakes have cream substitute and bad ingredients. You can’t go wrong with their frozen food or meals though, their no beef/no porkies/no chick burgers/sausages/fillets are really good. Also their frozen vegetables and ice cream are great too..

Excellent selection of good quality produce at a great price. If I had one complaint it would be that there are never enough tills open so it can take a while to checkout especially when some people have a trolley full of shopping and it seems to be the same in any Iceland that I have visited so far.

Nice place to buy prices invite you, most of them good quality. Shop is near hotel and train station open early morning and close when you need to pick stuff to late dinner. The staff is not very friendly and short of staff.

Much better since the refurb- everything looks nice, the customer service is better than before i was at the till where a young lady was serving me named ASSMA very chatty and well spoken.
