Write a ReviewGood options to chose from for each area of the house and when we could not find what we want, staff helped to get the date the product would arrive. At least takes 2 hrs going through the entire store looking at everything properly. The food is good too. Vegan options are nice which they now sell too at the exit
The best experience ever. You can shop, view the setup, and get some ideas of your own. Worth a visit and you can spend the whole day checking out many different things on display. The best part is they have a restaurant too, on site, to fuel yourself.
Scandinavian chain selling ready-to-assemble furniture, plus housewares, in a warehouse-like space
“IKEA Wembley offers a wide range of simple, well-designed and affordable home …
Wow! so many reviews already, so this one won’t make much difference I would imagine.
We usually go here early evening during the week as it is so much quitter and …
IKEA is still some of the best shopping experience for everything for your home and office environment.
There’s tons of ideas for every room from sofas, chairs, beds and bedsheets, …
Amazing spellbound atrocious collection of anything under the sun for all your furniture and not decor needs! Really wonderful and wondered how they were able to aggregate this much stuff! …
It was a nice afternoon. I suggest to go there during week days rather than weekend. It is less busy and if you need bespoke wardrobe for your bedroom they will assist you properly. Same day quote. I’m happy with that!
We visited 1st time here. The store is truly large in size. It will take at least 2-3 hrs to cover all the sections. You can find each & every household furniture here with some other household items too. To organise a new place it may …
Visited at noon while shopping for some furniture. Good place to have a quick meal. Food was amazing. Good choice of dessert and drinks. Ample car park. Huge dining area and certain sections are family friendly. Few pics of menu and car park for quick look.
Humongous collection of household furniture and equipments. The first floor gives a view of how the rooms can be setup while ground floor is where we can purchase the actual items. Cafe inside for food needs and a very huge car park. Do apply for the ikea card
A clean, well organized and maintained Ikea. With several samples of rooms, kitchens and living rooms… When it is quite full of people it is a bit difficult to walk through its narrow corridors especially if you have a pushchair. The …
Great place to spend a lot of money. All jokes aside, it’s a massive shop with endless departments of things never ending. Great restaurant the plantballs and gravy with chips or mash potatoes very tasty after walking a long time and buying everything a household would need. Had a great time 👍 …
A huge IKEA store with two main floors. We didn’t realise at the time but the top floor is where the showrooms are. If you are looking for examples of rooms with various items this floor is for you. …
You will everything there. Great place to go for shopping for mostly everything. …
Its super huge comparing to Greenwich. I was forced to go to Wembley just to get curtain rod for my bathroom as there was no stock in Greenwich but ended up buying kitchen items, rugs, sofa cum bed, rod 😂😂 I should see my husband’s face. …
Easy access from A406. It’s not a big store compared to Tottenham Hale IKEA (Closed permanently). Store looks bit messy and crowded. It doesn’t take long to reach the check outs. Store has lot displays and goods.
Ikea Wembley has a good range of products, ideas and rooms for you to explore and be inspired. They’ve started doing selfie corners, which was very innovative. Love the marketing idea 🙂
The collection point is a mess. I have ordered something online and booked the time (19:00 – 22:00) to collect my order. When I came to collect the materials, nothing was ready. After 45 minutes, I asked about my order, and the guy said …
Shop itself is good, used it plenty of times so can’t really complain. But the delivery is appalling. They delivered a faulty item (faulty at warehouse (packaging is done wrong, so item isn’t really ‘packaged’) and refuse to collect it. So I’m left with a 2m door which I need to dispose somehow, and the claim it’s my problem…
Store is nice and big. As I heard it’s the biggest store in the Europe.
Creche is closed.
Restaurant is totally messed. I visited on 2nd May and soft drinks machine was …
If the communist party had swedish design flair, they would have built ikea. Egalitarian values to the core. Avoid the weekend, come in the evening or during the day
Ample parking space and lots of options to explore for shopping. The cafe offers veg and non veg food options. Also, designer outlet is nearby by bus or car.
Plenty of parking space, Almost everything that Ilea stocks. The warehouse be store itself is massive. They have a great selection of plants too and it’s easy to get to outside of rush hour as it’s just on the ring road near Wembley. See picture.
Such an exciting place to visit, they have wonderful plants, furniture and other home accessories. The cafeteria is delightful and exceptionally good value. I would personally recommend the hotdog with pickles and onions.
Bought two of the ivar shelf unit , easy to assemble , the first one was assembled OK, the 2nd one had parts missing, great service from the following ikea staff …
I hate this place. It takes all my courage to waste a day coming here. However for my wife it is the opposite. The product is good value for money its saving grace. Make the purchasing process easy and not a trial of patience. I would go much more often if shopping was as easy as assembling a cabinet.
Not been to IKEA in Wembley for a long time & got welcomed by gushing water from the ceiling in the entrance of the showrooms. Did no one notice? You’d think they’d have a bucket somewhere! Lol 😆 Maybe they were going for a waterfall effect …
Furnish your entire house with quality and value for money. Just follow the arrows and you will not have to ask or get lost. Great management. Parking for probably 1000 cars, plenty of disabled parking as well.
It is crazy that so many people are waiting for returns and they have only 3 counters open who are working at a speed of a slug. It is always the same. I have experienced this over past 5 years. Really awful- it is shame to the word ‘Heji’.
This is one of my favourite home furniture shops. There is always a large variety of items that are top-quality. I can spend the whole day going through the variety of items that are offered there. The staff is always polite and welcoming! The prices are high but you can find anything for your home there!
It used to be a nice shop with cheap and fashionable furniture. I am sorry to say, it is not. There are still some nice, quality made things but you have to spend a fortune. All the rest is made from wood chips covered in plastic. And the …
Fantastic place. Wonderful displays to generate some personal ideas for your home. Also want to comment on the wonderful range of food including vegetarian options! Everything is pleasantly laid out. Strongly recommend
Fairly large store. Free multi floor parking which is always good. Lifts to the store and access is easy. …
Very clean, long parking like all most of the IKEAS. I wish there were more table with electric sockets in restaurant.
A very justified success story. We brought bedroom cupboards. We chose what we wanted and there in house design computer did the rest and showed and planned everything for us. …
Great place but so much is out of stock in regards to the cute little bits – pots and cushions m.
I love Ikea restaurant and the quality of the food. Great price and service, great work.
Huge branch, love the food court which has plenty of spaces. Be careful not to visit during peak times as parking is very difficult to find, if that’s the case you may want to use their multistory car park.
Been here multiple times! Always a great day out shopping here over the weekend. Kind and helpful staff, great value for the items. Excited to come back here soon!
Click and collect. I got there, and the items were ready for me. However, one of the computers which you used to keying in the reservation number wasn’t working. Apparently, the staff were aware of it. As they said its been like that for a while. Yet nothing has been done about it 😒 …
The store is very well looked after especially during the Coronavirus period. The staff is hard to find, and at times unfriendly. I am not sure, why staff have an attitude. …
Definitely DO NOT do click and collect here. So far I’ve been here an hour. My order came out half of mine and half someone else’s. He’s gone back in for the fourth time after giving me two of the same article and not what I’ve ordered. …
In the unlikely event that anyone actually reads this, if you’re going there then make sure you plan to stop by either at the restaurant upstairs for food, or the hotdog stand by the exit. …
One of the biggest stores in London. Best retailer for all home related requirements starting from a small knife to a complete bedroom. They have got huge options. The store is really big and would take hours to completely explore. The self …
IKEA is an amazing place even just to go for a walk and get inspiration. Huge assortment. Lots to choose from. Just love it.
Just popped into have some of the famous meatballs in the restaurant. So no more fries, mash only. Old brown peas and cheap paper plates. To top it off the berry sauce dispenser was empty. My local soup kitchen looks posh is comparison!
Multiple trips in the last few months. Nice show room and markets but the food area is terrible. Always dirty and has things out of service mainly at least one of the sauce pumps and nearly always one of the two soda machines. Food service can be slow at times. Food is a hit or miss but is amazingly priced.
It was a nice afternoon. I suggest to go there during week days rather than weekend. It is less busy and if you need bespoke wardrobes for your bedroom they will assist you properly. Same day quote.
Love this place , so many amazing bargains, everything is displayed in a beautiful way . The only annoying thing is that they closed all shortcuts in the shop and to go downstairs to the kitchen items you have to go the whole upper level …
Busy Monday of half term. Everyone was masked up though. You get yellow mini trolleys instead of bags and need to swop to big trolley downstairs at marketplace. …
Really difficult place to get to…we had a 5 hour round trip and couldn’t find what we wanted. There is a very limited selection of actual kitchen’s, more about kitchen storage. Just look on the website, it’s quicker…one and only trip though…staff were very kind
Well oiled machine, can’t beat them on price and usability, ideas and meatballs
Visited to pick out a new houseplant and pot, as with all ikeas… only slightly fell into the trap and picked up a couple of other items that I needed anyway. Being a Sunday the store was busy but managed to get through without any issues.
Truly a waste of time – so hard to find what you are looking for. I went specifically to see garden furniture before I ordered (I’m not lugging the big boxes home, rather get it delivered) and they have very little actually on display, so a …
Restaurant service couldn’t be more of a pain.
We entered the restaurant area and as we were going to the queue to take our …
Amazing food amazing restorant. The price is great the food is very nice.
Not very good, poorly signposted throughout the maze of a store, now it seems you cannot pick your larger items from the warehouse it has to be paid for and then you spend ages waiting for it to be brought out. Only then can you see …
If I could I would put nothing to self check employees. I don’t like creating problems, but this is problematic. And I will give 0⭐️for problem solving issues with payments . I would like to point out meaning of this comment and purpose of …
One stop shop for all your home design ideas. Bedroom, kitchen or living room concepts with perfect add ons makes this a very desirable experience for home improvement. The value and quality is very reasonable and reliable too.
If you’re looking for something for your home, IKEA has it. The showroom feels somewhat like a maze and is often very difficult to navigate. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and very reasonably priced indeed.
Who does not like wandering down the endless aisles looking at Swedish furniture and homeware? It’s a great place to visit, even if you have no intention of buying anything. I must say that the click & collect service here is very quick …
It’s IKEA – you know what you’re going to get. I’ve visited better laid-out branches but it is a relatively old one. Avoid at weekends as it gets very busy – just a bit more now that the other branch on the North Circular Road – Edmonton – has been closed down. Have just returned from an 8:30pm visit on a Friday and it was busy then!
Love this specific store. Great variety of items and choice. The display rooms are very inspiring which can be helpful when struggling to decide or need some ideas. Food in the restaurant is yummy 🙂 lines can get ridiculously long when purchasing and returning. This could vary from 5 mins to 30 mins!
Customer service representative names Jeeward(not sure if i spelled this correctly) on the phone advised that all my order items will be ready to be picked up on Tuesday. We drove 30min on Wednesday to collect the items and unfortunately …
Went for click & collect and all the spaces were filled so I had to park far away. I went towards the end of my time slot and they still hadn’t got it ready, meaning I had to delay my day plans which I had planned around this slot. If they don’t have the staff they shouldn’t commit to so much.
Very busy…helpful staff when you can find someone…..Great selection of things…..prices are reasonable….l just don’t like the……follow the arrow……system to walk around the store…..its done yo make sure you see all that you want and all that you don’t want!!
Great, went there when it wasn’t so busy. Wasn’t particularly warm there on this occasion. You could spend all day there just drinking endless food of tea and coffee. …
A huge store. Everything you need for a home can be found here. Restaurant, toilets. Clean and tidy. A large car park. I recommend buying from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday it’s not easy to have a lot of people and it’s not easy to park your car 😉. Nice and helpful service. recommend …
The product I bought had design fault which happened very rear and took my time and energy for transport, unpacking, assembling, and packing again; but ikea customer service was worse than poor as I wanted them to send their person to …
Amazing place one of the largest in the IKEA I’ve been too! Love the cafeteria, we sometimes just go there for the food ! Picked up loads of stuff for the house! It does get very busy on weekends and crowded, finding a car park spot can become difficult.
The showrooms were average, had a lot of little kids running around playing hide and seek which is not ideal. Staff were decent and were helpful most of the time. My partner and I ate for the first time that day at the end takeaway ‘cafe’, …
just like sll IKEA stores. if a customer wants 1 product, & the customer like me, had to enter the store, pass thru the cafeteria (lack of signs w/ clear instructions of where to go), take the lift, go thru the entire store to reach the …
Worst shopping experience, total waste of time.
I have been online to order ENHET / TVALLEN. The website does not offer …
Great range of goods and ideas.
Very crowded. If you’re not keen on finding your way through large families then maybe go on a weekday
Always start with meatballs then seeking out those great storage ideas for my new kitchen.
We bought several things today and we had an issue with the delivery date Munira helped us a lot patiently.
She is nice and calm and helpful a lot.
Thank you, Munira🌹 …
As someone who used to be a regular Ikea customer , this time, I’m utterly disappointed in the quality and customer service. Within 2 orders in a matter of a week, we had 1 rescheduled delivery last minute from their team, 2 faulty items, …
I’m giving one star just because there is no zero option and only for the service that me and my partner received today around 11 . First from the left side serving food lady in the restaurant and second from the self checkout assistant …
Have to walk through a labrinth just to pickup one small item. Saw a few confused people trying to find their way out. Half the checkouts were closed.
Excellent place for shopping staff were awesome food was hot and lovely to eat brought furniture came home every thing was easy no bits missing Excellent day out
