Just be aware that they’ve got a non refundable £35 arrangement fee embedded into the premium (like a hidden cancellation fee). If you cancel within the cooling off period, the premium will be short of £35. I found that quite sneaky and unfair.

By law you are supposed to have 14 days ‘cooling off’ period but this company charges £50 if you cancel within 14 days, £75 if you cancel after that. Total rip-off !!!And they don’t explain that you have to sign up to a credit company to pay for the policy either, which is why I chose to cancel with them

All has gone well so far and very good inclusive levels of cover as given as standard – it’s well worth reading all the areas of cover when comparing to other (apparently) cheaper companies on comparison sites. I found huge gaps and shortfalls in the cover offered by them when compared to Intelligent Insurance.
