AVOID. Poor quality insurance that doesn’t pay out when you need it. I’m a videographer and had some items stolen from a vehicle. Apparently my Hiscox “videography” insurance doesn’t cover me. I won’t be back.

Inward looking, their love for their own processes and tick boxes. Unable to understand value, let alone create and deliver value to their clients. If anything, they create unnecessary burden to those who are trying to run and grow a business. A utility company could do a better job.

Wow the automated voice assistant who guides you through to the right person just loves the sound of her own voice. Before Talking to anyone, I had literally 3 minutes of just the machine just telling me random facts about claims and how teams make money off you. Just put us through to the right people ASAP!
HisCox insurance did not pay out on a pandemic insurance because they did not consider covid 19 to fall within their terms. They were defeated in supreme Court and they now have to pay out. Let that sink in.
