Inverclyde Council reviews

Should be minus zero stars utterly useless and these clowns want a pay rise from actual hard working taxpayers???Got to be the most laziest council workers in Scotland.

Not even worth a one, councillors paid too much and now they are cutting things close to the tax payers needs. Councillors look like they aren’t taking a pay cut to help matters. So in general a case of line their own pockets not help …

Unhelpful staff. Phoned them and was redirected to the wrong department, I was told to hang up and phone again. I hung up, phoned back and got the same man on the other end of the phone who raised his voice at me and said “Hold on I’ve just spoke to you…” and before I knew it I was redirected to the wrong department again!

Put through to another dept, waited on hold for 20 mins, gave up & phoned back main switchboard, put through to another extension, on hold for a further 45 mins, hung up phoned back to be told they were now closed & to phone back tomorrow!

I have got respect with assistance
