Dorking Council are absolutely useless when it comes to helping people. We have been having problems with our next door neighbour for nearly 20 years. This includes slamming doors late at night leaving dogs in doors and in the garden barking for hours . They don’t seem to want to do anything about it . Not very helpful at all

Epitome of evil and greed they won’t answer or do any AND ALL service requests might as well get refunded and shut down

Fails to support a small business with the Retail Hospitality and Leisure Grant during the Covid crisis despite meeting all the criteria. They will not provide a valid reason. We expect to bring 100,000 visitors to Mole Valley each year and this is the thanks we get.

Contacted Mole Valley about glass in the road and they cleaned it up within 48 hours. Good job done well.

This is an amazing borough very helpful and a beautiful place to live.

MVDC Environmental Services – reluctant to investigate the source of rats getting into my property from adjoining properties but more than happy give planning permission to chop down a tree providing habitat for birds and bats in a conservation area.
