As others have said, they completely avoid repairs, i wanted my kitchen fixing as the vinyl was coming off and the smell of damp knocked me sick, cuoboard doors hanging off ect, they came along took pictures and no word from them since… not impressed in the slightest.

Heavily pregnant girlfriend and I are staying in a flat infested with damp and mold. They have been advised, multiple times. SHOCKING firm.

They are not very understanding to people with disabilities constantly telephoning pestering for rent arrears when they have Epilepsy and are expecting causing my daughter to have seizures with their arrogance over the telephone.
