Left bin at side of road and it was missed. Information on online portal was incorrect. The man who I spoke to was very professional in his manor and called back to follow-up and gave correct collection day and step by step of what I needed to do to rectify the situation.

Been trying for the past few days to inform the council about change of address and when I get through the 2 hour wait via phone call they hang up on me! If they hang up on me again I’ll have to go to their office to get a answer.

You have more chance contacting the dead than Anglesey council. They have two speeds – dead slow and stop. Useless bunch of wasters.

1* for renting the garages. How on earth can they justify charging £42.60 a month for a garage that you can just about get your car in and just about get out of your car after parking up. Waisted a morning trying to contact the Council regarding rubbish spread all over Harrison Drive.
