Nice selection of footwear but trying to get someone to help you is very hard work. Seriously understaffed and in need of extra help . Prices are fairly good and lots of different brands to choose from. The only down side to the place is the waiting for assistance.

It is what it is…not too badly priced insufficient space between the aisles. One staff member was not up for helping a visually impaired person. Another was just about ok with it. Delightful person on the till

Tried to phone to see if they had an item in stock, nobody answers the phones! This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve ended up spending hundreds of £‘s at other company’s because of their lack of info

The store is a good size and has plenty of parking as it part of a complex of shops. The staff were helpful aswell.

This is absolutely ridiculous space of two workers standing and doing nothing when I asked for help they told me to wait because they were too busy talking. You lose customers by educated and qualified personnel. I am disgusted

Well organised for Covid 19 guidelines. Staff was helpful. Lady at the cash could’ve given better and friendly service.

Good selection of Sports clothing, but Large size in most items for men especially no where to be found.

Sales-person talked me into buying a pair of gel supports.

The cleanest, most organised Sports Direct I’ve ever been to. The London stores should be ashamed. Also has the best looking staff.

Plenty of choice for trainers however Customer Service in some areas needs reviewing/training!
