Had a great experience with this company. requested an absolutely huge order, full of frozen things, and they delivered very soon after (later than the automatic date because it was such a big order), but they totally kept me in the loop, and I got a bunch of products I’ve never tried before. Would love to shop with them again!

I’ve ordered twice from them so far but definitely will carry on doing so. One parcel I ordered came in very good time and was very nicely packaged even with a reusable ice pack for some butter I purchased. They were also very quick in replying with options for amending an issue when a parcel was sent back to them. Very pleased!

The company went into administration and was sold to another company affiliated with its main shareholder, without so much as an email or notice to its seed investors (its ordinary customers who wanted to support the company). Still heard nothing from them and had to learn about this from the news. Avoid.
