I can only rate the customer service at this car dealership as very poor. As a customer my first experience and will be my last experience due to the lack of communication and customer care. Will be dealing with the Exeter dealership in future.

I needed some warranty work done and even though I’d brought the car at the kastner Exeter branch this branch we’re more than helpful and the repair was done in the allotted time so I wasn’t left waiting around.

So helpful when we purchased the car, the staff went the extra mile for us to get a car down to Barnstaple. Really pleased with the car and the after sales service.
