Can’t praise this team enough, the all round service they provide is simply fantastic. Problem with the V40, quick call to Ty’n Lon, took it in and was advised not to drive it any further. Service team arranged to get me home and had my car fixed and ready for collection within 24 hours! Superstars! Thank you.

Took my xc40 into Tyn Lon Garage for a hiccup with the navigation system. They fixed it and had it back in a few hours. They also found a plastic cover under the car needed to replaced, they have ordered the parts and will call and replace as soon as it arrives. Couldn’t want a better service. Very happy customer. Complete shambles – no idea of customer service. You end up having to leave a car there all day for no good reason. Bottom line is they only want to sell you a car – not interested in anything else.
