We had an emergency on Friday as my husband tripped and fell. We had to wait a while to be seen but the treatment was excellent. Kind caring thorough and so efficient. Thank you for such wonderful care from people who know what they are doing and who really care.

On Thursday had a chest and shoulder X-ray Sue the radiographer made me feel relaxed and comfortable Excellant service

Took my 93 year old mother in due to painful bloodshot eye. Free parking, efficient check in, assessed and treated and home again within an hour. Thank you Claire the nurse practitioner for excellent service.

After a disappointing visit to Exeter A&E my husband visited Honiton MIU with a fat burn. From the first visit it was a excellent experience. Everyone we interacted with has been extremely helpful. We are on holidays from Australia and husband suffered a knee i jury. It was suggested that we take him to honiton hospital minor injury unit.
Everyone from receptionists to triage to doctors and radiographers were all were amazing, efficient , friendly and helpful, highly recommend this service.

I attended MIU Monday 11/7/21. Seen immediately. Had hurt foot on holiday. Diagnosed xrayed and plastered in 2 hours. Very friendly and efficient. Also dealt very efficiently when passing on details to my home hospital. I wish it was my home hospital. I cannot rate them too highly.

Went to minor injury unit with an ankle injury was seen within an hour X-rayed and booted up for a break. Thank you so much

Disgusting turn up at 615 pm and met by a very rude nurse as she locked doors and pointed at a sign saying closed but time states 8 til 8

Waiting for 2+ hours with a 3 year old with an open leg wound is not acceptable. We apparently still have another hour to go until we’re seen….. Disgraceful.

The medical treatment I had was very good, and I was able to meet my new asthma consultant who was very happy with my response to my condition
