The university is not at all helpful for students and honestly care more about money than anything else, theres no support and they don’t care about you once your enrolled. Support the strike action as the lecturers deserve good pay and …
Why would anyone want to go to a university that’s full of strike action, marking boycotts and burned out staff who couldn’t care less about their students, while the tuition fees exponentially rise every year meaning that by 2050, a Master’s program here will be the price of a small house.
The only reason why I visited this place was because my friends thought that the Harry Potter movie was filmed here. Turns out, it’s not. Well, that was a big let down. However, I did get the Hogwarts vibe, so that’s something. I still do …
Relatively not so old buildings, but main building complex is very beautiful, both outside as inside. Part of it is the Hunterian Museum, worth a visit as well.

This is one of the ancient universities of UK. It has many of historical buildings and statues. The lawns are well managed. Best walking place in the city. There are many restaurants around the school as well. Though, the parking spaces are limited.
Amazing architecture, well worth a look around the Uni and surrounding areas.
Visiting Hungarian museum
Wow what an amazing building and the architecture is stunning could have spent the whole day here. Just so beautiful.
Beautiful campus – most folks have taken better pictures than I have and those don’t even do it justice. A must see on the West end.
UOG is my home university when I’m doing my master’s degree. This campus is really amazing and breathtaking. Wondering around this well known place, you’ll feel like living in an ancient castle. It’s established around 1451 with more than 500 years history. Hope everything is going well for this great cradle of world changers.
Stunning architecture, worth seeing hunterian museum, beautiful structures.
Beautiful buildings and lovely atmosphere but if you are looking for communication with anyone regarding anything then don’t choose Glasgow. It’s like Groundhog Day – being passed between online links and emails that nobody ever responds to.
I really enjoyed the place but there are a lot of uphills, for those who don’t like to walk, just keep in mind.
Great place for photos and to check out one of the oldest universities in the world. Great architecture and decor. Very photogenic!
