I visited the Dermatology Department today on the 8th December and the treatment was fantastic. The Doctors were very polite, pleasant and professional and together with the lovely Nurses, who made me feel at ease made the experience a pleasant one. The treatment I received today was exceptional and you are all a credit to the NHS.

Reception staff rude and barely human. Kept waiting for an appointment when Dr was running a hour late. Nurse lied about how many infront of me and seemed surprised I didn’t have all day to wait. No explanation. Staff treat patients as though they are of a lower status.
Can not fault the surgeons and the staff on the day case ward, especially the surgeons (the nurses were ok I suppose) only the 1 nurse was nice to us and calmed me down after my son had a rough recovery! Surgeons 100% amazing checked him and told me everything. Some of the nurses didn’t seem to care tbh
Called for help with an enquiry and the lady I spoke to was so rude. Talked over me, I hadn’t even finished what I was saying and she just transferred me to someone who I didn’t want. Disappointed.
Eye department useless, was told I had glaucoma in my right eye, then told I had it in my left eye not my right, then told I didn’t have it at all ! Still waiting for a follow up examination after having laser treatment on my right eye. Now …

This is the second time I have been with my wife here. Both times she was treated with respect and dignity. The staff show care and compassion. We didn’t wait too long to be seen either
No waiting for the appointment. Consultation was comprehensive and treatment prescribed. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Good COVID precautions and very clean.

From check in all way through surgery and recovery the nurses where fantastic,
No body answers their phone, tried most of the day. When getting through the individuals we spoke to, should not be in a job interacting with the public, dismissive and abrupt. would seem the tactic is ignore and hope they die in the meantime so as not to bother us.

Kidderminster hospital has been looking after my eyesight for the past fourteen years, I now live thirtyfive miles distant but still return there for appointments despite my local hospital 10 minutes away. Good service, caring people.

Mr kneble and his gang are wonderful just a shame I have to go to kidderminster for treatment when it was available in redditch. Such a bind as I can’t drive afterwards which means I have to be taken and brought back. A truly unpleasant journey especially in rush hour or school time

Orthadontic department is very friendly and the staff are lovely and helpful, it’s a nice hospital with great disabled parking and disabled entrances a lovely little cafe if your going to be there a while.

Despite a long wait time, which I don’t mind because you wouldn’t want the nurses to rush, the service and treatment provided by Jamie in the minor injuries unit was excellent!

Hospital operates pay and display where you have to pay before you know how long you stay… Nice money making scheme NHS!
