Visited an elderly family member 8+ years ago in the community hospital as part of rehab. Lovely little ward. Really friendly staff, very attentive. Looked after my great aunt incredibly well. Free parking

Good staff, polite and attentive. Reasonable waiting time. Free Ample parking space. A bit of construction going on around the car park just to be aware.

It is for the elderly and very sick. The staff have to deal with a lot. I leave with sadness in my heart every time.

Its a shame they don’t have cctv as then the management would see how rude reception staff are and have bad the staff nurses are , in my view it would be better closed down and turned in to housing and the money to better use in the in a NHS hospital that is run properly.

Front of line staff was very helpful dealing with the situation which accured at the time.
