Went today for MRI Scan. No temperature taken . Played dodge ball trying to avoid staff who don’t understand social distance. Back in summer had to attend urology department, temperature taken at door in and out in minutes. The virus was low then! No wonder staff are having to self isolate . They need to wake up.

Just to tell you how impressed I was by my experience in the Eye Department this morning. The staff and consultant were very efficient and effective. I was finished within 1 hr of my appointment. Thank you and well done.

5 stars goes to the fantastic nursing staff.Nothing is to much trouble.Believe me IV witnessed some troublesome patients but have been blown away by the patience and dedication of the nurses and carers here. So a massive thankyou to a fantastic team.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst hospital in the UK. Nurses are stuck up and don’t care, doctors want to discharge you when you literally cannot move. Patient well-being is appalling, all while they have a chit chat when people need serious help.

Told to be in dept strictly for 11am for iv antibiotics and when I am, I’m left waiting for 4-8hrs before I actually have them.
