Absolute shambles of company. I ordered 5 doors, paid more for next day delivery and they delivered only 4 next day. The courier company says they received only 4 doors from supplier and leader doors customer services claim that they had sent all 5 doors and need to investigate.

Three days later than promised we’re still waiting for ‘PREMIUM’ delivery which we paid extra for. On hold for an hour to talk to customer service and no response! …

Awful service bought a door for £200 had to pay for the return which cost me £80 and no on has been in touch with me for the refund and they have received the door. Tried calling and phones are switched off emailed several times and no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM LEADER DOORS
Dreadful service. Promised delivery Saturday upon checkout. Did not arrive until Wednesday, and then only half the delivery arrived. Still awaiting the remaining items. On hold for over 40 minutes. Dreadful service. Not worth the bother.

They sell doors that have extremely poor workmanship and won’t last you will end up having to pay twice …

Tried to call. After 45 mins on hold I hung up.
They might as well not exist. Absolutely useless.

Awful experience, dreadful customer service, ordered a door in may for a June 1st delivery, still no door and I have to constantly chase for updates which also turn out unfulfilled. I have cancelled my order and still awaiting a refund.

Never buy from this company, they have the worse customer service, and they charge you more for the delivery on weekends, but then they send you the door anytime they want.

i purchased a stable door from this company and after 5 months all the joints have failed and this company refuses to address this problem say if i had fitted weatherbars this would not have happed as i explained a few times and sent lots …

Worst company ever, trying to call the customer service for weeks to get a refund they never pick up the phone. Waiting on the line is 45m to 1h every time. Terrible service

Read the reviews before you buy, they don’t deliver when advertised and you can’t contact anybody to discuss. Rip off merchants.

4 weeks still no doors customer services is just a joke will not answer calls or e mails got to be the worst customer services I have experienced went through sales they picked up and tried to get call customer services they gave up and so …

So I can’t praise these guys highly enough… great communication throughout and a decent price. A British company doing better than Europe. Keep it up and I will keep coming back. Thanks guys
