Customer service is shocking, live chat is not live, no one ever helps. Phone number is incorrect. Daughter Emailed 1 minute after order placed to correct very minor detail and took them 2 days to respond by which time they said it was too late. It took almost two weeks to get to me and the quality wasn’t worth the money I paid. It was also buy one get one free, but my second blanket was smaller. I have contacted the company to say I wasn’t happy and have yet not heard anything.

Quality isn’t what I expected, they are photos stuck on a bit of cardboard, with only sticky pads to put on a wall.
