Staff are very helpful and friendly. Only thing is they close at 3pm Monday to Friday. And closed on a Saturday therefore I find it difficult to get to my money. I work so the society needs to review Saturday opening again alot of people work.

Suddenly closing Saturdays when most people that work can get in to branch diabolical, they have no notices up to tell you they are closed at head office in Leeds, they are certainly using covid as an excuse to save on staffing and customer service is out of the window, will move when money when I have a day free
Can’t recommend them: their online system is poor and when they do updates they make changes that block you out until you call them. Then they don’t answer the phone. It’s not as though you can go into a local branch as they don’t have many.
Leeds Commercial Street Branch, professional staff, always a smile is given along with excellent service.
Complete waste of my time hanging on the telephone waiting for an answer. Wasted an hour of my life listening to an announcement asking me to hang on. Why? Surely an hours enough?
Taken my business elsewhere.
Tried 10 times over an hour period on two different number with automated system cutting me off each time. I don’t normally complain but this is poor!
Closed now on Saturday and now closes at 3pm don’t they realise people work .

I got great service, the girl dealing with me was smiling at me and she solved the matter very quickly. I am satisfied with the quality of service!
The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Always pleasant to talk to and action requests quickly.
