Absolutely awful staff, delusions of grandur and utter contempt shown to the public who pay their wages and for the building they have the pleasure to work in. 1 star is to many for this bunch of public purse theifs.

Wouldn’t even give this public organisation a 1 star. Pathetic service. No help for elder tenants. How are they suppose to report housing repairs online when the system ain’t even user friendly.

Absolutely awful staff at LCC rude aggressive and hostile and genuine FOI request. I can’t believe my tax paying money is going to rude individuals who are pretending they are some kind of victim at genuine requests for legitimate information.
