Absolutely fantastic kind doctors and nurses. Thank you so much for your help, care and attention. I really appreciate the care you gave me in A&E and how much better you made me feel with your knowledge, treatment and swift efforts during the nighttime. I’m on the mend now and feeling very appreciative to you all. thank you 🙂

Worst thinking i came to uk by seeing this kind of place I never ever throught developed countries hospitals will have this kind of waiting period. Instead of improving your currency better improve your hospital facilities .
Staff is doing their best to attend patients’ needs. Parking can be improved. Attended for physio assessment and the physiotherapist was kind and patient. I have also asked few questions regarding tinnitus as he himself suffering from the same.
I hadn’t been near the place for years, had to take my wife to the A&E, well, let’s just say last time I came. It was like a third world country war zone.

I had cataract surgery 15 May. All staff were so thoughtful and caring and good natured and kind – I can’t thank you enough for the treatment all round. Aftercare great.
A&E is shockingly filthy.. dried blood on the waiting room chairs, up the walls in the toilets and when you get into a consultation room there’s more dried blood on the chairs. Huge pool of Vomit on the waiting room floor just left. …

I actually wasn’t here personally but my blood donation travelled 145 miles to help save someone’s life. …
Staff do their very best under extremely difficult circumstances, there are never enough beds or nurses for A&E patients, and seemingly not enough floor space for new beds as I was under observation in a plaster-cutting room, along with …
At the reception they put wrong complaints in the records but the nurses are very nice and helpful , ladies at the reception too. Huge queue, we arrived here at 5:30 and the estimated waiting time to see a doctor is 6-7 hours. Wow
Been in A&e since 1pm, and now it’s 1:15am, still haven’t been assessed. Sau had previously diagnosed urgent hernia surgery, now there is no beds available and I am made to wait standing in A&e until a bed is available, and even then there …
Was sent to a senior consultant named Dr. Manjiri Kharre to have my anomaly scan during my 22nd week of pregnancy. Showed no professionalism at all – asked for a cup of tea during the scan, measured all the organs wrongly as she kept …

Unprofessional, rude, very irresponsible behaviour from staffs.

and waited ,after 12 hours waiting they say you have been discharged.I was waiting to seen by doctor. They say called me over the phone.but i didn’t receive any call. What a worst hospital.
Released in 2 days with no new treatment. I was repeatedly moved from ward to ward, eventually to a surgical ward where I was almost completely ignored. This hospital is a joke and I left worse than I entered. I hate this place
I had to attend a&e this morning and expected to be there all day. I was triaged x-rayed and bak to injuries and out of there all within 2 hours. The staff were super friendly and overall was a pleasant experience.

The customer experience was trash I called them on Sunday at 2pm and they got mad at me for calling on a Sunday for only 30secs. I would have gave 0 but I had to give one.
OMG don’t ever go there the staff are terrible they don’t know what they are doing and really don’t care. I would advise you find an alternative. You can’t post if you don’t put at least 1 star. Personally I would close it down
The nhs is finished why is when a woman gives birth they have so many silly procedures about family visiting this is absolute rubbish private health care will most likely have to be a only option as this is rubbish you have silly wait times you have no manners I do not advise anyone to come here to give birth
I came with a child with a high fever. Nobody cared, the waiting time is indescribable. Two consultations, an interview with a doctor. The doctor asks if the child has asthma, I reacted negatively and then the doctor gave an asthma spray …

The staff looked after my grandma very well. She was satisfied with the meals provided apart from the porridge. The only problem is visiting hours. You have to call at 8.30am on the day you want to visit for an hour slot and two people can …
MRI team absolutely excellent. Just had a scan this afternoon and the team were great. Everything happened with minimal waiting and the staff were lovely, keeping me informed about everything they were doing and making sure that I was relaxed throughout. Thanks for making the experience a very positive one.
Being in it a few times, and it’s alright. Just need to update the building a bit, so it should be modern.
What a shambles the staff don’t care are rude and dont even hide it. The NHS is in a crisis, no money to buy equipment for patients. Guess what the Leicester royal are getting rid of good working beds and sending them to Ukraine, no wonder there is a shortage of beds. You can’t make this up what a joke!
Fantastic first class care from every member of staff.I had a few tests done and didn’t have to wait long.A nurse even came round asking if anyone wanted a tea or coffee which was nice. …

Helpful staff, clean surroundings, and not much of a wait on Sunday.
NHS are struggling but they were very efficient and helpful with my issue.
I can’t fault the speed in which I was seen initially, all the staff were lovely, but once in the care of the GPAU it went downhill. I can’t fault the three nurses that spoke to me, they were absolutely lovely, as was the blood nurse, but …
I went to A&E for mental health related conditions and the staff were lovely. Non judgemental and I was seen quickly. The staff made the whole experience a whole lot calmer and they were quick to reassure me when I got nervous. Thank you so much for everything!
Been attending this hospital since May Rheumatology and Eye Casulty Al Consultants Doctors and Staff are so helpful and understanding Can’t fault them at all

Visited A & E due to a recent injury. I was appalled by the condition of that hospital and by the rudeness of its staff. The doctors were helpful and caring however the nurses did absolutely nothing to inform patients about the waiting …
It would probably be better for your health if you just avoid going here at all. Seriously rude, unprofessional and self-entitled doctors. Utterly incompetent reception staff. Fight to be treated at any other hospital, but avoid LRI at all costs wherever possible.
From introducing myself at reception in my clinic to leaving I had been treated with respect and kindness, concern, professionalism with a friendly attitude. All the staff from reception to the consultant were excellent.
Brilliant service from LRI A & E. Following awful service from our local GP surgery over two weeks where they tried everything to avoid seeing my partner about a concerning problem, we attended A and E at LRI in desperation. They were so …
My daughter was born here last week. My partner had a couple of days wait on the ward for a slot to have her waters broken but so what it’s busy. All the maternity staff were exceptional. As were the doctors who looked after her following a …

No one knows what they are doing. When you tell them what to do they take it personally and become very aggressive. There is curtains in a room to devide spaces for the patients but the midwafes dive in to our personal area without notice. …
Car parking is horrendous, half the car park is a building site. It’s a nightmare.

I had to wait more than 9h for one check up and people who come before me they go home after 4h.
It was better in Italy they took only 1h to finish and they have better doctor.
NHS getting more worse. What the point to go to hospital if I have to wait more then 14 hours to see a nurse. The place day by day going down.
Had a 15 minutes wait then a 15 minutes appointment no problems
Thank you to Nazia Kardame (ENP). I attended the Injuries department for my accidentally sliced thumb injury. She was very professional. I was dealt with quite quickly within an hour and received a great service.
