We are very pleased with the sofa very kindly donated by Levines for our Special Needs Unit, it is perfect, exactly what we needed. The sofa was delivered at the time promised, and the guys were really helpful. BIG, BIG THANK YOU!!!

I ordered cupboard they send it faulty . I informed the shop keeper and he said he will send someone on Friday to check but still no one coming my cub board price 770 pound still they are no reply. They never reply for phone very bad experience

Just to say a big thank you for the brilliant service I received when I purchased my wardrobe the salesman was so helpful the delivery men where really good and the fitter Paul was first class even took all the packaging out of my bedroom so it was all tidy wonderful experience from start to finish

They didn’t deliver exactly what I paid for, them I called to explain the man told me to send an email which I did. Since 11/10/20. They never responded. My invoice number is 351497. Not happy

I had a problem, the sofas weren’t the same color but after several calls and changed the sofa and I can say that I am satisfied.

Walked all round the shop looking for sofa beds. (Thought it was closed from the front, with all the furniture on display pushed right up to the entranceway.) Said hello to a member of staff, looking for assistance – he looked at us, then looked away, completely ignored us and walked off.

Ordered and paid for settee a month ago. Not even a delivery date or call from them yet. Its now 4pm Saturday afternoon and NO ONE is answering the phone, ive rang 6 times now!!! Not impressed!!!
