Website is slow and payment section is missing important information about paying by card and how to put the detail in EXACTLY as it is on your card. Also, call center is in Asia and they have trouble understanding accents which is frustrating.
Query!!! Ordered damaged goods and trying to sort it out would really appreciate talking to a human instead of a machine!! Impossible!! Go through all the phone process to have the phone put down on you at the end absolutely ridiculous!!
Great way to buy and spread the cost if you need something on credit theres a good selection and they have always got plenty sales on and staff are very friendly and items get delivered quickly returns policy is very easy as they can come to your door to pick up item if you dont want for some reason free delivery and returns
