Appalling service, court lost application for probate (confirmed allocated to Liverpool Probate Registry). Agree to provide call back after 5 working days, no call received. been on hold over an hour and this all began in March 2020 and no further forward,.
5 stars from me too. They answered the phone and there was a very pleasant helpful girl on the other end. I shall deal with the Liverpool rRegistry rather than deal with the useless Manchester Registry.

This has been a shockingly bad service. They have had my case since March 2020 and have made an undiluted mess of it .I have now reached the conclusion that legal action is my only resolve.
I rang the first time it was engaged, so I rang straight back & my call was answered straight away..very helpful & answered my query
