Have been a tenant for 9 years. They are happy to take your money but not so happy to carry out repairs. Broken stack pipe so the only toilet in the house constantly blocking. This has been going on for months now.

In my personal experience everytime I deal with Living, it all goes smoothly. They are really helpful and open. The only problem I’ve faced with them is the waiting time when calling them which is same with most agencies anyway.
