Whole experience very positive. Seen and treated only took 30 minutes all told. Staff could not be faulted.

After cutting my finger I travelled to Malvern MIU. I received fantastic care, four stitches and an invite to return after two days for a check up. Both times I visited, there was no waiting and no fuss. My finger is now healing well and I’m looking forward to having the stitches out (not really) Excellent! the NHS at it’s best!

I have just witnessed my mother in law receive end of life care on the ward and cannot praise the staff enough. Nursing care at its very best. Prior to that i have had several experiences in the minor injuries unit and again, cannot fault it. We are very fortunate to have this hospital and its excellent staff on our doorsteps

In 90 mins I had blood tests, bloods, weight and height etc and several x-rays plus at least 20 mins with consultant. The place was spotless and every member of staff was kind, sympathetic and helpful. Best hospital experience ever!

This hospital is wonderful. My elderly Mother has been in there for over a week and the nurses, care and the facilities are the best she has ever had. Mother has thoroughly enjoyed her stay here which you cannot say about other hospitals or care homes.

The speed of the service was quick but they were very dismissive and not very helpful at all they wanted to get rid of patients as quick as possible so they could go home, they kept insisting I ring 111 even after I told them multiple times I’ve already rang them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Malvern is so fortunate to have this facility….very helpful staff to fix minor injuries, also taking some of the strain off the main hospital in Worcs.

X Ray Department, spoke to a lady who made me feel uncomfortable and sounded quite angry as my doctor had not referred me as he said I would need the results straight away. The lady said they could not help as my injury is 3 weeks old but spoke to me in quite a harsh tone making me feel like a massive inconvenience.

I’ve just spent a few weeks in the rehab unit and all the staff are fantastic, I was treated with great care and dignity all the time. Thank you.

Physiotherapy team are extraordinary and will help facilitate every patient even if they are late for they appointment. Good positive attitude all round!

A very special place in every way. The staff are delightful and incredibly patient and kind to their elderly patients. It is clean and bright and spacious, with lovely views. Exemplary.
