Worst council ever, impossible to speak to someone over the phone and extremely rude people on the phone, no wonder they are broke. Having to report my problem to the Welsh government at my cost I may add. Why have we got people in the council that not only don’t have a clue but also do not give a dam about the people.

try to have you for fly tipping when you’ve booked a bulky item collection. Action man turns up with a clipboard and aviator sunglasses, defaced I.D and a stinking attitude trying to use bullying tactics and empty threats i.e. get me done (don’t know if he was talking about prosecution or a kicking) totally unprofessional.

Ignorant and useless staff a complete shower of s#it, failed to provide services payed for by council tax, so I refused to pay due to not getting the services I pay for to which they sent a threatening letter demanding money, so I guess its OK to charge people for a service and not deliver it, complete bunch of jobs worth pr/cks
