Love this pool, especially today. Daughter just had a swimming lesson and it wasn’t as busy as normal.
Just wish other people wouldn’t wear their outdoor shoes in the swimming pool area and put on some flip flops or indoor shoes. Worry about the bare footed customers.

Great team, Adam, arron and Dan are very supportive, great classes for all fitness levels. Can’t thank Dan enough for his encouragement to getting me through my fitness goals, a great asset to the team. Friendly and very welcoming. No judgement at this gym. Highly recommend..

Please get the showers working properly. The showers are still only giving cold water in the poolside showers and gym showers. When they’re not working a public notice would be useful. Thanks.

Surprisingly well heated still, in view of austerity, but the steps in and out of the pool aren’t very well designed; too widely spaced and very difficult unless you are pretty fit. Saving grace is the pool pod which can lift you in and out of the pool. The way forward for me I think.

There are two pools a toddler size one and a larger one I have not been to their gym but the pool is well kept.

The pool was fun. It’s a shame there was no lifeguard to watch the little pool so we could take our toddler in there before we took her in the big pool, plus there are only three family changing rooms so we had to queue to use one after swimming.

Great staff helpful and welcoming get in shape at the gym or an early morning swim.

Came for a family swimming session, it was great. Lots of space in the baby pool and the large pool was buzzing with other classes and sessions. They provided a basket with toys which I thought was a nice plus. The changing rooms and all facilities are really good and parking was easy.

Nice pool, go early morning or late in the evening to avoid the loud kids if you like to swim in peace. Water appears to be warmer in evening sessions too.
Sometimes the drains are abit stinky tho in the pool changing rooms but overall not bad.

Brilliant place to take the kids for lessons both of mine are now pretty good at swimming. Only 4 stars as they do like to fill the groups up with what seems a silly amount of children to squeeze into a small allotted space.

I was sent to the gym here for some rehab, after breaking my hip. Very friendly and helpful staff. Other users very polite and accepting, whatever you level of fitness. Not crowded at all ( if you pick the right time of day.)

I go here twice a week and the pool is always lovely and warm for us, however the changing room cleanliness let it down considerably.
If they only managed to keep the place clean this would be a 5 star review.

Non nonsense pool and sports centre. Great kiddies pool, ideal for little ones to gain confidence in the water. Plenty of free to use pool toys for them too.

My first time here and it was really good. Very clean welcoming facility and Jenny on the reception was very very helpful. As I am a slightly older lady and attending on my own and haven’t been swimming since school days I felt ok and not awkward at al.

Reasonable priced activities, Lane swim good mix of lanes and facilities available clean and tidy. Always get hot water for a shower which is a bonus!

Very fun place to take your kids or just to go for a swim. There is also a gym here if you want to go for a workout. Furthermore there is free parking and wheelchair accessible parking with a garden outside if you just want to sit down or wait for someone. Amazing.

Never or hardly anytime for familys to enjoy the pool.
Not really places for people if most of them can’t go.

Nice place for kids learning activities

We take the little ones to swimming lessons here and we find them very good and the price reasonable. It can get a bit hectic trying to get a changing room but usually not an issue.

A very nice swimming pool for the kids. My kids really love it here. All I would recommend is for them to keep some form of ventilation in the pool area – it gets really suffocating at times.

Lack of communication from the instructor could leave your child swimming in the same stage for weeks, where they could have been move up a stage. But for swimming, evening times are great and water lukewarm 🙂

Good swimming pool although changing rooms are limited when busy and if you have more than one child. Always get there at start of sessions on Saturday and Sunday as can at times reach capacity.

Polite staff, clean changing rooms, plenty of parking, can get busy in free swim times. Small shallow pool for todlers, larger pool for swimmers, both lovely and warm and good value for money.

I would recommend the swimming pool for kids lesson . From reception to manager, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Response to request has been quick . My son loves his instructor Paula.

Used pool for baby classes – good teacher and nice group; friendly atmosphere; changing room could get bigger and probably cleaner especially during day.
Anyway it was ok.

Great place to train for fitness and swimming, yoga, pilates. Staff and members are friendly. Quiet for fitness sessiin during lunch time : it is perfect for me. A good price for value for the all package

This is an OK pool good for littleuns as has a separate pool got a gym attached for the fitness but the changing rooms r a bit ancient could do with separate ones but they r clean

Nice pool to bring your kids over during the weekend, the gym does not have many machines for weight training but has plenty of treadmills and cardio equipment

It is okay but not very wheelchair friendly. None blue badge holders have no where to park 4ŕas ordainry people are using and stopping wheelchair so sorry

I never come back there. I come with son only 4month, water is was cold for him, but not only for my son, and i feel bed because water iareally cold. We stay maybe only 30min-1hours

The staff are most helpful in this popular gym and swimming pool. If the phone line is busy, personal attention on site is excellent.

Shallow pool and so no diving allowed. Not full of people so easy swim. Clean facilities but no hair dryers working
