Charged approx £500 for a house survey (on a flat I might add) as part of a mortgage and then rejected my application for no legitimate reason. Have ignored me trying to get in contact with them since. Be careful using this company for your mortgage
Efficient service, approachable staff. Spacious waiting area with seating.
Used to be good. Transfered a direct debit from one bank account to a different on from next month. They sent me a letter saying that I had cancelled the account! Rang up to find out the problem – gave up after no answer for 20 minutes on two occasions. sort it out!!
Majority of staff are friendly & helpful. Before the building was renovated however, certain staff members came across very rude.
Terrible service, staff were very patronising on more than one occasion in branch and over the phone, very upset with overall service and would not recommend them to anyone.
