I bought some sandals from their own brand, after one wear the fabric looked like I had them for a year. The quality is bad, very bad. I tried to return them but I was told by the manager that it is my fault as the way I walk made the scratches. Very disappointed. 30£ wasted.

Very friendly staff but kept going off to help other people whilst serving me, my 3 year old grandson was getting restless also no room for a pushchair,quite a stressful time!

They did not have my size but I found another nice shoe, it was also very crowded and they need more staff at the busy times of the year, it is still a good place to get your shoes thought and I do still recommend it, the prices are fairly standard
