Needed to go to a&e on Easter Sunday for broken wrist after a fall. Staff were brilliant, courteous and efficient. Only there 3 hours including assessment, x-ray, resetting and putting wrist in plaster. Staff are never given enough praise or pay. Very proud of our NHS.

Parking is not easy here at the moment due to some kind of work being done. Not easy to work out where each department is. What I will say is that the staff are helpful when you ask where something is. Parking is £2.30 per hour which is steep considering it’s a hospital!

The staff are patient and lovely. There are points to wash your hands with antibacterial soap and lots of signage in order to direct you to the department you’re headed.
