There is no professionalism, the management earn big bucks, the staff are treated like cattle and underpaid.

While general cs staff are helpful. The company itself is untrustworthy when relaying information to credit reference agencies. Never missed a payment but reported the last 7 month as payments missed. Completely ruined my credit file.

This company is a Scam, send you unsolicited letters, do not share any information and expect the named person to disclose personal and sensitive data to individuals over the phone. Do not trust, ignore and report.

NCO helped get my debts paid off much faster than I expected. Great service received from each team member and department I was passed to.

As the last review written by James said. Do not pay anything to this company. They are chasing debts from over 7 years ago. And what he wrote is correct. Just state the law and they applogise and say the debt is written off. Thanks for that helpfull review. Its all to do with Orange mobile phones.
