Nice helpful customer service. Wide range of electrical goods, and some good bargins. I was quite pleased that I was able to walk around and look at things without being harassed by sales people.

Went to buy a TV. Ask 3 or 4 different staff for some assistance and was told by each they’d be with me shortly and/or they would go ask a colleague. 45minutes later I was still waiting for someone to help. Ended up walking out without a TV.

I had problems connecting my laptop to my printer. No problems. A terrific guy called Chris from Malta sorted me out. MINI tuition session and I was “cooking on Gas” as they say. A big thank you to him.

Horrendous company horrendous service. Staff rude uncompromising and lacking in understanding especially as their potential customer was 94 years old. I wouldn’t buy a sheet of paper off them. Avoid at all costs. I purchased everything needed off the internet far cheaper and installed it for the 94 year old lady.

We went to Curry’s to buy a Chromebook and wireless printer. We saw Rhiannon and she was brilliant,she set up Chromebook for us. She was most helpful, understanding and willing to go the “extra mile” to assist us. Very pleased with how the purchase went.

Bought a new dishwasher for the club via Click & Collect. Email arrived to say it was ready for pick up. Arrived at Curry’s dishwasher loaded onto the car within 5 minutes. We then delivered it to the club. The whole process took approximately 40 minutes.👍 …

I am a frequent visitor to the Culverhouse Cross branch. The staff at this location are very helpful but there is one staff member, Sarah, who is excellent, generous with her time, not only knowledgeable but makes the effort to explain things (computer problems) in language that is easy to follow.

The customer service was great which was very important as was on my own with not a clue when it comes to TV’s

Recently bought a laptop from Newport Road store. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from Dan who sold it to us, to Leyton who transferred our data, and a special mention to Eamad who patiently showed us old dinosaurs how to operate it and answer our many questions.

Honestly one of the worst retail experiences! was gandering for ages, no one approached me or offered to help. When I finally asked someone for help, they said they’d be right back or get someone to help me and just never. I was in the store for over an hour, knew roughly what I wanted and left empty handed, pure frustration.

Disgusting service. Went in to spend £1600 on a phone. Nobody could even be bothered to help. But they did help a couple who came in after me. 20 minutes!! Joke. I’ll be buying elsewhere.

The product range was okay, but the staff could clearly use training. There’s no shame in saying you don’t know something rather than winging it and hoping for the best. I went to purchase a WiFi range extender and was misled.

Went to purchase a washing machine. Looked around the department and not pressurised by anyone to look at or buy. Poor service . Click and collect , had email to say it was ready at 9am , the shop doesn’t open until 10. Staff watched as I waited. I asked someone if they could bring the order out. They stated they don’t open until 10. It would have been an easy thing to do. Bunch of jobs worths.

Being there twice trying to buy a computer sadly not much help or interest to sell

The only physical shop for electronics that is easy to get to. Half the items on display are no longer available (cameras) and they’re not allowed to sell display models – I was told they get sent back to the manufacturer, where they get destroyed no doubt.

Took quite some time to have any help from staff. I understand that it’s busy since everything opened back up, but still not nice to be ignored for so long. A simple nod to acknowledge me would have sufficed.
Left and took my business to Argos and was served instantly.
