Used to be a lot better. These days they hardly have cars available. Last trip I booked they never showed up as the driver was at the wrong post code and blamed the dispatcher. Won’t be using them again.

I use Network all the time, for airport runs for work and for hospital visits (wife is currently pregnant). Always on time, always a good price, drivers always polite and professional. You can book online and pay by credit card which is also really handy for work trips. Definitely recommended.

Network Cars provides no customer service at all – I don’t know how they have managed to keep their license!!!!
They are rude, unreliable, and unprofessional. If you need a car for a certain time, even with a pre-booking it means nothing – use another firm. they are just incompetent.

Today was the 1st time using Network. Had been trying for over 2 hours to get a cab but none were able to pick us up cos of road closure… NETWORK managed to pick us up, obviously they had a driver who was able to navigate around the detours which others were not able to do based upon todays experience we will defo use them again.

Use to be my favourite cab service but.. Quite recently they never have cabs available- always 45mins wait . Really disappointed.

I predominantly use Network because all the drivers are friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile in order to help customers.
