Recieved very good care when I cut part of my thumb off with a Stanley knife. I was seen, treated and home within 2 hours. A follow up appointment was made the following day in Plastic Trauma Dept and after an xray, I was seen bang on my appt time and once again treated and home within a couple of hours. Friendly, professional staff.

Nurse/assistant response time is horrible.
Food services are inconsistent.
PT/OT therapists are awesome! …

EVERY TIME I ATTENDED LITHOTRIPSY TREATMENT THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND I FELT AT EASE.

Very efficient. I couldn’t make my appointment today due to family reasons and they managed to book me a new appointment in a hospital closer to my house within the next few days.

I attended A&E yesterday, the service from start to finish was outstanding, I was seen promptly, great Nurses & Doctors who were thorough and professional throughout and looked after me superbly. A credit to the North Bristol NHS Trust and the NHS. Thank you very much.

Had a MRI yesterday and I was very anxious, I was made to feel relaxed, the staff were so nice and put me at ease, honest guys if you have to have this procedure do not worry, shut your eyes ,relax, and think of nice things, it’s great, and I am the biggest chicken, so if I can do it, you can, great staff xx

The nhs been taking long since 6pm and now it’s 9:55pm and I’m in a lot of pain and they haven’t called me back or arrived.

Nothing but praise, especially for neurosurgery and Prof Gill.

Went in for a brain op and was looked after unbelievablely well
