Such wonderful staff. So kind and Carring. They are always check on you, even when you are sleeping. A few nurses are mean, but most are exelent. I’m grateful to Have beeb here for care.

Top evaluation and diagnosis by the doctor I got on the 2/1/23 about a viral infection, very pleasent staff and experience.

Really good experience of this excellent A and E dept. Receptionist, Charlotte, so helpful – quick appointment – Nurse Practitioner Mark, very empathic and kind, explained everything well, efficient check-in, Connor on xrays – competent and helpful. Seemed a very well-run dept by nice staff. No fuss or stress. 5 stars.

Excellent A & E department. I had a fall on ice and hurt my back and wrist. Saw a triage nurse immediately and a Consultant within half an hour. I had my back, chest and wrist x rayed and a cast put on my wrist and ready for home in just under 2and a half hours. All the staff were lovely. Very efficient department

Can’t get through to anyone. Service has dropped dramatically. Hearing Aid Department uncontactable. Leaving my husband without his hearing aid & hence unable to communicate. Without hearing aid he’ll not hear anything even a Fire Alarm, which is rather worrying.

Accessing the car park was difficult.
8:30 am could find no coffee machine

Had procedure done in the day procedure unit last week. Nurses were so friendly and supportive especially Zoe.This hospital is very clean. Have been a patient here a few times and could not find fault with anything.

I went into A&E with multiple wasp stings and was a little poorly! Can’t thank the staff enough their prompt action in treating me was amazing. Stayed in MAU3 overnight and the staff there all nice and very friendly.

Had visit the DPU for opp was made feel very comfortable and whole experience went by smoothly from the nursing to the surgeon were wonderful

Visited the Day Proceedure Unit today 16th Jan2019. All staff l encountered were excellent –friendly ,informative and efficient.The hospital area generally appeared very clean and well maintained. I have nothing but praise for how the unit was being managed.

Very good hospital when my wife gave birth to my son. A&e is very slow and usually waiting about 4 hours before getting seen. Maternity ward is fantastic could ask for better staff

Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at the emergency room with my son who was badly cut only to find it closed. Talked to someone via the intercom and was told “there’s no one here to sow a stitch” (really???) and that their emergency room was closed. Despite the listing saying they are open 24hrs!

On not one ..but two occasions they missed my diagnosis of WHOOPING COUGH
If only they’d listened to me when I said it wasn’t just a virus… and they sent me home !!!!!!! In a taxi 😕Heaven only knows how many people contracted this highly contagious and potentially life threatening illness from me. …

Mum in and sent home after a week with diagnosis, underactive thyroid, diagnosed in a real hospital in December with terminal cancer too far gone, if only they got it few months earlier they said!!! Go elsewhere, all quacks here.

I received friendly, professional assistance here for a problem with my eye, which was carefully dealt with by a nurse practitioner. Praise where praise is due! A credit to the NHS!

Won’t answer the phones, doesn’t make appointments when asked, been 10 weeks without given a clear diagnosis on what wrong. Changes everytime I have to go bk and still no real answers.

Busy at the time but still a fast service. Staff are friendly and professional.

Please please please oil the waiting room chairs in A&E.
If by some unfortunately chance you end up in a&e here, you will understand.
