Terrible customer service. My elderly mum has been struggling to get documentation from this company for over 6 months. I have now started trying to contact them with no success.

The process was very straightforward. The staff member was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very impressed and have been advising a number of family members and friends to take a pre-paid funeral plan out with Dignity.

Thoughtful, professional, very thorough.

I purchased a Dignity funeral plan through Skipton Building Society. I found both Dignity and Skipton very helpful. They did not push the product but were very helpful and prompt at every stage. Digni ty are very thorough and comprehensive. If you are looking for this sort of product, I would recommend them unreservedly.
