I know housing is a big problem in Cornwall, if you can stay well clear from this group, black mould,damp in most of the walls,terrible plumbing (cowboy job) they couldnt be bothered to inform us that a supervisor couldnt make a prebooked visit.

I am very disappointed in ocean ive been waiting 10 months for repairs. Still no further forward. I understand that it difficult with the virus , but at least have the decency to keep me in the loop.

Repairs department is atrocious. Been here a year, had numerous visits to look at problems I reported (1 of which being when I moved in) and still not been fixed. Never known a housing association like it. Only gave them 2 stars as the rest of my dealings with other departments have been great.

Awful .my mum had major brain surgery in 20014 .dads her full time carer .. Still waiting for outside step to be done .as mum can’t lift her leg over step .and the hose isn’t fit to live in .its damp has mould on walls .cant fit wheel chair …

Complete waste of time trying to contact them. Will only do anything if it makes them look good otherwise you could be waiting a very long time.

Omg the worst ppl to get a home from haven’t been todo ANYTHING for me and I live on the second floor flat with a baby and a 3 year old and they mine I have a pram down stairs OUT THE WAY

Couldn’t fathom it out at first but a live chat with Abby soon sorted me out.

The bad thing is when you need to talk with someone on the phone about problem and that person is never available. When you leave the message you waithing years to someone call you back.

Ocean are shocking I’ve been been with them for 7 years and still suffering with damp

Nasty! slow to repair and when they do it is a poor job done by rude staff! Customer service today was shocking!

Always willing to help and the staff are friendly

It’s only where you go to pay rent etc but clean and tidy
