I can only speak from my experience with Omni Capital and it has been excellent. They answers the phone within 1-5 mins and all the people I have spoken to have been polite and professional. I have 3 active finances plans with them and I would gladly sign up to another once they are completed.

Absolutely awful company, they do not update their info when you provide update to details to phone number or address, then try to contact you on old number, they do not write to you. But they did manage to update the bank account details for the DD, funny how the other information was not important enough to update

Worst credit letting company. They offer 0% for a year via retailer but reject the application on credit ground. For me, they have even asked show the saving similar to loan amount . And even after that they had rejected. Suggest not to get trap . Not sure if it impacts credit history.
