Good broker! Spreads are fine and I rarely experienced any slippage while trading. I would recommend them to anyone. I know a lot of traders can’t open an account because of their minimum deposit is a bit high, but if you can afford it they are a good choice
Better then avg platform for an individual investor compared to Halifax/Barclays e.t.c Decent fees and product structure, but completely headless back office staff and structure. The initial deposit requirement is a little high but they are still one of the best brokers. At least I’ve never had an issue in terms of withdrawal and trade execution.
I don’t know where they got my number from but they keep calling me to offer me financial services. The last time was this morning, by the way, a very rude lady.

Saxo is one of the best legit brokers, I have never experienced any issues with them. Funding account takes some time, but no issues with withdrawals.

Appalling customer support, unresponsive, unhelpful. Do not expect any help if you have questions or issues, do not put your money with this platform
Platform works ok most of the time but the UI is pretty buggy. Close to impossible to get hold of anyone from Saxo when something does go wrong.
Bad experience with Saxo. I opened a new account and had queries, I messaged them and had no reply. I phoned them and despite being number 1 in the queuing system no one answered. I will look elsewhere.

i have tried to contact Saxo by phone. They told me I was first in queue and then kept me waiting for 47 minutes without ever answering.
I have had problems with trading and have received no consolidated income report as required for tax.
